We are humans living in a civilized world — we care how we look. As women, we have been conditioned our whole lives to care about how we look. That conditioning is strong and although we can work on giving it less power, there will always be an element of it inside of us. However, there is a healthy level of caring and a good way to go about looking and feeling great.
